The Fundaton, which complies with stringent regulations governing non-profits organizations in the UK, hopes to create an endowment fund portfolio to support Rinpoche's establishments in the future without the need for future fundraising.

What Will Your Donation Do?
· UK Sterling £2,400 will support a monk for life.
· UK Sterling £3,300 will support all of Rinpoche’s monks for one day a year from now on.
· UK Sterling £23,000 will support all of Rinpoche’s monks for one week a year from now on.
· UK Sterling £100,000 will support all of Rinpoche’s monks for one month a year from now on.
· UK Sterling £1,200,000 will support all of Rinpoche’s monks for life.

 

Legal and Fiscal Notes
The Genzon Buddhist Foundation is a registered charity in the UK. Registered number 1102304. It is regulated by the Charity Commission of England and Wales. It is recognized by the UK Inland Revenue as a  tax-exempt non-profit religious organization. It is governed by the rules and regulations pertaining to non-profit organizations in the UK.

 

Tax Deductibility
All donations to the Genzon Buddhist Foundation are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law for UK taxpayers. The tax deductibility of donations from other countries is subject to the laws and regulations of each individual country. Please check with your own accountant, tax lawyer or tax office.
